      You could use them alongside each other, but many row boats from Nord Ships will be replaced with the models I provide

   On main mod page said what Comments are locked. The author has locked this comment topic for the time being
   
   So, can I ask here: does this mod add new boats to some areas? I see one new boat on the Riften. Or it's just a mesh and texture replacer?

      RoS is just a mesh/texture replacer.
      If ships are added to the game (JK's Skyrim does it for example) it's done by another mod.
