Mod Name: Skyrim Unleveled Ultimate

Introduction:
This mod unlevels NPCs manually, and makes various tweaks to the game as well.
It is for veteran users, who is willing to risk some hardcore gameplay.

Q. What is Unlevel?

A. In skyrim, as your level's up, the level of your enemies increase as well.
This mod removes the limit, so you will face high-level NPCs even when you are in low-level.

Mod Details:

- NPC Unleveling: Dungeon unleveling is handled in Morrowloot Ultimate. And this mod unlevels the NPCs. For the sake of balance, there will be more low-level NPCs(enemies) in places like bandit camp.

- NPC Overhaul: Re-tweaked the stats and spells and perks of various NPCs. Followers included(Buff for followers!). ex) Increase the basic stamina/sprinting speed of Horses

- Item Leveled List Unleveling: Unlevels most of the item leveled lists. Now, you won't get enchanted items that has more than "peerless" grade from normal containers. You can only get them from boss chests. (including high-level equipments like glass/ebony)

- Diverse Imperial Legion/Stormcloaks: Now there will be archers and mages as well. Some of melee infantries will get heavy armors. More races for Imperial Legion.

- New weapons: Added silver weapons, iron xbow, and etc...

- Item selling by grade: Now, blacksmiths and fletchers will sell improved weapons/armors of less than grade 3(flawless is grade 3 in my mod). But, there's a chance that there'll be no improved items at all, and this probability depends on how good the blacksmith is.

- Rooting Items by grade: Now, you can obtain improved weapons from the boss chests, and the probability will depend on the difficulty of that dungeon.

- Buff for poison from merchants: The effects of poison you can buy from merchants got enhanced.

- Nerf enchanting/smithing/alchemy: Literally nerfs enchanting/smithing/alchemy. It could be either indirect or direct ways.

- And so on...
