How exactly did you accomplish this? I have a few seams that I would like to personally fix but I hate asking others to do it - primarily due to everyone having a very unique load order.
Do you enable terrain to be able to manipulate it??

(I've been making attempts to patch a grass/landscape issue between JK's Windhelm Outskirts and Ryn's Farms AIO at the Hollyfrost and Hlaalu Farms, and it's proving much more complicated.)
