Hello, This is an absolutely fantastic adventure and an outstanding piece of work! I've been playing for just under a week and haven't had any (serious) problems so far, including no CTD - maybe I'm a lucky guy. As always with an exceptional mod, I'm taking a lot of time, looking at everything carefully, talking to almost everyone and reading all the books etc.
A big thank you from me for this, especially to the author and also the translator .
Oh yes, there little things where I didn't have a satisfactory result for me: the side quest "Catch me if you can" for example:
Spoiler:

it is clearly easy to complete by killing the invisible slave. But is there really a way to fool the quest giver with a burnt cabbage? I don't succeed, although there is this fireplace and cauldron that I can't interact with. Any tips?
you still have CTDs? what says Netscriptframework/crash and Papyrus.log? In my German translation of the 2.1 w/o patches I get 2 CTDs, one after the big fight in desert when I need to cross the desert, the other before palast when Nagatsuma (?) should spawn but dosn't
Currently I no longer play Akavir, but because of the CTDs, I returned to my version 2.0.8.7, more stable. I know there are players who don't have these problems with version 2.1.2, and that's why I left the translation ...
I don't know the 2.0.8.7 in Russian, only the 2.1 of Stalker992. But my impression is, that he did add something w/o correct in detail, i.e. Quest stages and objectives and maybe more. I just started playthrough complete new (after finished my translation) and I'll make notices of all issue in detail and (if exist) workarounds. Currently one CTD has a workaroung (that in the desert), the other is not yet clear identified. (BTW: also the mod "TheCleaner" is incompatible (I run 1.5.97, not AE, not BoB)
I've really enjoyed this mod so far. In my opinion, it is one of the absolute best that has ever happened to Skyrim.
But now something very strange is happening: At the point where I just finished the part of the mainquest "Flame of war" and next one "Fate of Akavir"(AKMQ006) starts, it appears in the logbook, but is not readable: instead of letters, there are only rectangular characters: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/images/224848
I've had these rectangles a few times before, but only sporadically and in a few important places, e.g. character names/designations and in the memory log; it was annoying, but it was still quite manageable. Now, however, I can no longer read quest instructions or destinations. I don't know if other players have experienced this, but maybe someone knows a solution?
Beside: Apart from the main quest, I think I have played almost all side quests except Homecoming and Sleeping souls, the latter I had already played through in an earlier version. My playstyle is such that I often integrated companions (EFF) as soon as I was sure they wouldn't interfere (if it went wrong: made reload). This seemed to work well, especially in situations where there were many enemies to deal with at once - I usually only had 1 or 2, but in battle scenes up to 15 were very helpful.
I don't understand, because in "Akavir.esm" English version 2.1.2 SE for AkMQ006 (and all the quests !), there are no more Cyrillic characters (therefore no words/phrases in Russian), which gives these unsightly rectangles
Hi! This looks amazing, but I had a quick question. Under the warning on the main page, do the CTDs appear only in Akavir, or do the 'frequent' CTDs appear in the Skyrim worldspace as well?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but does the warning say that in case of emergency, ENG version 2.0.8.7 works with the current main ESM (RUS 2.1?)
I don't have a questmarker there, but I'll investigate it again. I have several mods installed which all have their ships there at docks, really full, and one empty ship, w/o any NPC. Edit: found, it's not at docks but beside, where Pirats North has landing point.

Because "To Distant shores" (the starting quest )is one of only 2 quests featured in this patch (with "Fate of Akavir")

Can you ask the author of the mod who will certainly answer you!!

The error could be related to the translation, says the author stalker992 :

Edit:
I'm sure, when I originally isnstalled it I overwrited with your english version too - but maybe vortex sometimes makes his own strange things.
Quest Sleeping souls (QUEST AkDS [05079694]) I can't find how to activate the 3 turtles with the [E].
Correct me if I'm wrong, but does the warning say that in case of emergency, ENG version 2.0.8.7 works with the current main ESM (RUS 2.1?)
Only Akavir
