As this here is a ESP replacement and one can only have one winning replacer, I will add my comparison findings:
Replacer Moon and Star - Cleaned Plugin Replacer has integration with SSE masters, option for USSEP also. Granted, all those can be put in a compatibility patch.
This replacer, fixes the extra script VM variables. Can still be done as patch.
The floating replacer, does the most comprehensive job IMHO: beside (1) and (2), it also removes other script properties that don't match the actual compiled scripts (Papyrus warnings), persistify the plug-in and transforms it into an ESM.
This is not meant to criticize work done here, just inform user that are looking for fixes that there are choices out there.
Found it by checking what DarkLadyLexy added for the mod. Her list contains the link, but no author is mentioned. Although I assume is someone that helped her.
I've checked this mediafile you posted, the plugins is not tagged as ESM and when I check for errors, I have one error too (tbh, in mine too, so I will fix that)
Therefore, I dived in to the scripts and I saw several things that needed my attention: - the script masbowofshadowsrelayscript.pex has no source code - the script qf_maskagrenar_02005e60.pex has no source code - the script masluckoftheemperorscript.psc has a source code but no compiled version. The floating replacer add a compiled version but no source, so my guess is, it's just the compiled version of the missing compiled script. Regarding of what this script does, it makes sense, I really think this compiled version is missing, so I will recompiled it too from the source
I checked every other scripts, it's all there.
I am now testing a version with - All relevant changes from those DLC/Mods pushed into my plugin replacer
Update.esm
Hearthfire
Dawnguard
USSEP
- A plugin tagged ESM - seq files regenerated and added into the mod - The text error fixed... so finally no more errors at all in xEdit
Hopefully, this will go well and this mod will be the cleanest and most complete version of the various plugin replacers...
Thanks a lot for the feedback and links, I hope the community will get this definitive version
Good job on getting rid of those 4 bad references. I checked the scripts and they aren't referenced there, so just removing those 4 properties was the correct thing to do. However I think a small patch file with 4 records in it would have been the better solution rather than a complete plugin replacer. That way it would be more compatible with other mods and tweaks, e.g. the one ServalKhajiit217 talks about. On the other hand a patch file can't be used to fix the cleaning that was needed since patch files can't remove ITMs, so maybe this is a good solution for those who don't know how to do that. :) In any case, endorsed!

Thanks for sharing your work with the community.
I did this mod because I couldn't find an existing satisfying fix, so if there is a better alternative, I will use it as well
Where does it come from?

To be honest, I was hesitating toward a simple patch on top... but I think this is a better solution as you said
Also consider, now we have modlists with 4000+ plugins... so the ESL limit too will be reached soon lol
What can I do if I'm already using this one?
