Make's Mihails CC goblins overhaul standalone. (i.e. removes references to his other Goblin mod)

This is just for people that want to only play with Mihail's CC Goblins Overhaul which contains some references to other Goblins in Skyrim while in the vanilla game Goblins are not featured. This mod edits out those references and restores the Goblins from Pygmy Goblins to just normal Goblins. Also carried over some minor Unofficial Skyrim Creation Club Content Patch edits where applicable. However, this mod does not require Unofficial Skyrim Creation Club Content Patch as a master and can be used without it, although I recommend using it anyway for its great fixes to all sorts of issues with the vanilla creation club. I also highly recommend installing Mihail's CC Goblins Overhaul (SE's Creation Club- AE) at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com) and this mod will 100% not work without it.
