      yes I have now completed a similar mod for mihail's zombies Mihail's CC Zombies Standalone-ified at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com)

   The description says that this should not be used with Mihail's Goblins and Riekrs, but what if I had this mod: mihailgoblins.esp?
   
   That is only goblins without riekrs.  Will this patch still work?

      yes the patch will work, meaning it won't break your game or anything. The patch just consists of a couple minor dialogue and name edits with some slight changes to some of the goblins, however if you Mihails Goblins and Riekrs or Mihails Goblins you shouldn't use this patch. For consistency sake if you are using Goblins- Mihail Monsters and Animals you should not use this patch and just use the default version of Mihail's CC Goblins without this patch.

   Thank you for making this! I much prefer having the goblins from the Anniversary Edition be the only goblins in the game.
