Inspired by Geralt of Rivia. Not exactly look like him but just try to match with his face features by using normal racemenu edit and bit of sculpt.

I am using Mod Organizer 2 which I believe the data path should work on Vortex too.
Open racemenu, load preset and load sculpt.
Feel free to customize to your liking, as for the preset I use the hair and beard as on the banner image.
