Maybe, I have looked at Narrative Loot in the past and it is a big mod that adds a lot of different misc items. When I get a little extra free time, I'm planning on releasing a big update for this mod, hopefully adding even more mods and revising the descriptions I have already made, some of them could use some better wording. :)
After looking at this mod again, I'll have to politely decline adding descriptions to this mod. It adds 1629 new items and I might go insane if I try tackling that XD
