About this mod
The first of its kind player home fully integrated into the Hearthfire DLC with your own voiced butler (generated with Elevenlabs)
the butler will sort all of your stuff via dialogue.
The house comes with an hidden underground system that leads you to a display room for ALL* unique items, an optional cattle room

YOU NEED A PRE WINDSTAD PURCHASE SAVE, UPDATING FROM PREVIOUS VERSION NOT SUPPORTED,
Every hearthfire home is nearly the same and feels like 3x copy pasted. I changed that and made Windstad truly unique using one of the best player homes mod as a base - the Hillhouse by Ithlia
Windstad is now an abandoned ghost house. The Hearthfire steward dialogue has been reworked to fit into the new story.
This mod wont add any new armor or weapons, the only "op" thing about this mod is early access to a staff enchanter.
what the mod offers:
A new way to unlock the windstad manor without forcing you to clear the vampire cave.
If you have the intimidation perk
or are the leader of the thieves guild
or are a member of the dark brotherhood

you unlock new dialogue with the steward. If you find out who the traitor is and get rid of him, the steward will allow you to purchase the home.

and you dont need to hand in for a quest. this mod wont contain replica crafting.

Your own Butler & the sorting system
once you complete the intro quest for your new servant, you can command him to sort all of your stuff via dialogue and:
- hire undead guards, they will only leave their coffin at night time or if there are hostiles nearby (check the garden if you cant find them)
- you can tell Drak to change the furniture
+ you can hire the usual Hearthfire steward once you are in the interior of the house
optional cattle room with thrallmaster
if you are a vampire you unlock new dialouge and can get a room with cattle and a thrallmaster. If you kill them accidentally or completly on purpose he will take care of it
hidden Vault system
See your vault grow as you add more and more gold to it
GHOST EVENTS
has been completly reworked in Version 2.
Ghost events have no quests and no dialogue; you can't interact with ghosts. Their only purpose is to entertain you. There are a total of 4+2 ( RWEO adds 2 exterior events) different ghost events. some of them are really rare and happen only once while other happen more frequently.
