The confusion is made worse by there being 2 Anniversary Editions (the version that is the upgraded SSE plus the free DLC and the version that you had to pay for that includes a bunch of other things) and both are referred to as Anniversary Edition. Anniversary edition is game version 1.6.640 (regardless of which flavor) and SSE is version 1.5.x. So, not really correct to say that AE has all the CC; only one version of AE has all the CC.
Super sad about this. I don't want all the other stuff from AE, thought it was enough with just the free stuff and the version update. Was looking forward to this mod until I saw the missing master.
Same confusion here, it might be worth clarifying the wording. Most other mod descriptions use Anniversary Edition to refer to game versions later than 1.5.97, and if that's the definition you're used to seeing everywhere, this creation is not included with Anniversary Edition.
In theory a semantics case could be made that "Anniversary Edition" is specifically the upgrade edition users have to pay for, but in the years since this update came out, the modding community certainly seems to have settled on "AE" as referring to the game version and the CC that came automatically with the update, not anything that needed an additional purchase.
Does this add a bed or, even better, a room for the player? I seem to recall that you were supposed to get a place to stay there after you finished the quests but it never seemed to actually appear. If you addressed that, I'd be thrilled!
Please, for the love of Eight and One, or the Tribunal, or whoever you believe in, stop using this map from that one terrible fanfiction about far future of Tamriel. It ruins all the immersion just by its presence.
What fanfiction? It's a map from free modders resource and you can hardly read what it says, not a big deal. If you don't like this map you can remove it via SSEedit FE0009a9 Placed Object gmtmoMapTamriel [STAT:FE0009A8] In DLC2 Tel Mithryn Cell

Is it really? Wasn't it just fishing, survival and the two others I don't even remember but I don't think either was that

Would you consider a SSE version (no CC content)?
