- Praying or worshipping them will grant you the "Enlightened" buff, which will prevent whispers from triggering for 7 minutes. However, be cautious, as your gods won't be there to save you every time you pray
- When you attain the status of devotee, whispers shall fade into eternity.
Drink It Off integration
The citizens of Skyrim have their own way of numbing down their troubles, including insanity.
FEATURES
- Physical and Mental combat stress increase the chances of hearing whispers
- Drinking decreases stress, thereby decreasing those chances.

- Dark narrative-driven objective that leads to the start of SDM
- A new quest -"Veiled Sorcery"- will trigger 5 days approximately after completing "They Deserve It" (Sanity's miniquest)
- Read or take compatible
- Player must not have already taken the objective tome for the quest to trigger

- Makes impossible to craft Trepanation Tools in smithing forge, therefore, trepanation mechanic is removed from game.
