all the npc's look the same in game as in your pictures except for sinja - she seems to have elder skin for some reason. i use bjiin skin. her facial features look the way yours do, its just the texture, no idea why that would be.

sounds like you haven't installed correctly. Try redownloading the files, checking for conflicts and, failing that, following one of the various modding troubeshooting guides available online. I've had no other bugs reported, so I would hazard the problem is on your end. Please let me know if there's anything specific I can help with!
