I have always loved the safehouse in it's fully glory when all the food, clutter and dishes have been collected.
After playing for the 100x time however it was too inconvenient to track all the items manually as the Curator's Companion can't help here either.
Rainbowknight2 had the right idea with Safehouse Hutch Bats but using batch files and the console was still to cumbersome and unimmersive.
I do not recommend installing this mod when playing Legacy of the Dragonborn for the first time. It may take away from your experience.
What does this mod do?
Compatibility
Does require a new game. Do not install or uninstall on a game in progress otherwise nasty (permanent) visual bugs in the safehouse will appear.

What does this mod do?
- makes all clutter, food, liquor and dishes in the safehouse static and enabled from the start.
- allows you to still use CRAFTLOOT and the containers for storage like before, they just won't enable or disable the displays.
Compatibility
- Compatible with all texture / mesh replacers as long as they don't alter the mesh path. In such cases the vanilla version will be displayed
- References are now temporary thus more friendly on your savegame and you may experience better performance in the safehouse
- Patch for Legacy Safehouse Plus included.
