For some reason, the Spear Mechanic and Animated Armoury files don't load. They don't cause errors, and the plugins are enabled in game, but according to my CID.log, the cid.ini files aren't loaded. Strange, since other mods that require CID are loaded just fine.
remember that to report bugs must be done in the bugs section, not in the comments section, also the "CID.log" is not called like that, it's called ContainerItemDistributor.log, and also it must look like this:
I did this test to show you how to find an issue about CID with the log, there you can see the errors about wrong referenced ID for CID, this way we can see what's wrong with the mod.
The only thing I can think about your issue is that the mod wasn't properly installed, for example: having the _CID.ini files missing. If you're on MO2 you must check them in the left panel where your mods are loaded. If MO2 failed to install them, download them manually and then install them via MO2 and see if the ini files are installed.
Otherwise, if you're using Vortex I can't help you.
To finally update on this, I think I may have just had an old version. It's working now, but I edited the animated armoury plugin to get rid of the duplicate normal weapons and crossbow. Working like a charm!

EDIT: I'll work on bandoliers first because it's the most useful between them and with sneak tools for assassin characters, about cloaks of skyrim... what version are you both using? In Cloaks of Skyrim there are 3 different versions, so I suppose you're using the main version that adds cloaks to everyone.

I also realized I'm using this mod instead of Sneak Tools. You are not obligated to make patches, and I have no idea how hard it would be for that one. But I'm sure your Sneak Tools patch will be awesome for those that use it.
I feel super spoiled having someone make patches (it feels like) for me. I'm just learning how to do this, and I'm not confident at all in my skills. Kudos to you!

I did this test to show you how to find an issue about CID with the log, there you can see the errors about wrong referenced ID for CID, this way we can see what's wrong with the mod.
The only thing I can think about your issue is that the mod wasn't properly installed, for example: having the _CID.ini files missing. If you're on MO2 you must check them in the left panel where your mods are loaded. If MO2 failed to install them, download them manually and then install them via MO2 and see if the ini files are installed.
Otherwise, if you're using Vortex I can't help you.
EDIT: I'll work on bandoliers first because it's the most useful between them and with sneak tools for assassin characters, about cloaks of skyrim... what version are you both using? In Cloaks of Skyrim there are 3 different versions, so I suppose you're using the main version that adds cloaks to everyone.
I also realized I'm using this mod instead of Sneak Tools. You are not obligated to make patches, and I have no idea how hard it would be for that one. But I'm sure your Sneak Tools patch will be awesome for those that use it.
I feel super spoiled having someone make patches (it feels like) for me. I'm just learning how to do this, and I'm not confident at all in my skills. Kudos to you!
