   Would this stack with the option in requiem to gain xp slower?

      Sorry about the late reply, I'm drowning in RL work at the moment. Likely yes, not using Requiem, so I can't guarantee it.

   Im not sure if I should put this on mcms page or yours but when I go to mcm to tweak the settings of the mod its not there, and I made sure the mod is completely enabled.

      it sometimes takes a minute for new mcms to register. Did you wait a moment?

   I know nothing about the technical side but I'm levelling faster, so the mod seems to work as intended. Endorsed.

      Technical side is a small perk that is setting a skill-xp multiplier based on a global :) A script for the MCM and a script to add the perkto the player are all contained scripts :)
