Patch to merge Economy Overhaul and Speechcraft Improvements perks into Vokrii - Minimalistic Perks of Skyrim's speech tree. This was a patch I made for my own game, and I figured I would upload it for anyone else who wants it.

This patch is an esl flagged esp and thus will not take up a plugin slot. It is up to date for Vokrii version 3.8.2 and Economy Overhaul version 3.0. Only use this patch with the Complete Version of Economy Overhaul.
For those who wish to know exactly how the perks were implemented:
I tried not to bloat the tree with too many perks, and replaced/merged perks instead of just adding where possible. The total number of perks in Vokrii's speech tree was increased from 15 to 17, and all of Vokrii's unique perks for Beast Taming and Shouts were left untouched.
I kept Vokrii's version of Haggling, which it renames as Speech Mastery. The perks both have the same effect just with Economy Overhaul's requiring 5 perk points while Vokrii's doesn't reach it's maximum potential until 100 speechcraft.
Economy Overhaul's Renowned Thief and Metallurgist perks were added to the tree without replacing any other perks.
I merged the effects of Vokrii's Private Stock perk with Economy Overhaul's Privileged Customer perk, and used the Privileged Customer perk name.
I replaced Vokrii's Master Trader, which is a vanilla perk, with Economy Overhaul's version of the Invester perk, but kept the Master Trader name. Both of these are vanilla perks which Economy Overhaul combined and rebalanced in it's version of Investor.
I replaced Vokrii's Kinship perk with Economy Overhaul's Supplier perk. The reasoning behind the removal is that Kinship(better prices with same race) was replacing the vanilla perk Allure(better prices with opposite sex) which Economy Overhaul removed.
I replaced Vokrii's Salesman perk with Economy Overhaul's Khajiit's Connection perk. Salesman allows you to sell any item to any merchant which works against Economy Overhaul's(complete version) changes and balance.
I replaced Vokrii's Investor, which is a vanilla perk, with Economy Overhaul's Specialist Seller perk.
I did not include Economy Overhaul's perk Bounty Hunter which increases bounty rewards by 50%. However, their are optional versions of my patch with Bounty Hunter or Allure included in the Speech tree, as well as a version that implements both into the tree.
