The default pink taffy is now apple flavored. The new flavors are Snowberry (red), Caramel (dark brown), Honey (amber), Jazbay (blue), and Yellow Mountain Flower (yellow). Yellow Mountain Flower should be the rarest because of the scarcity of the ingredient so it has the highest value. Otherwise, all the variants are functionally the same as the original. The purpose of this mod is just to add a little flavor to the game!

The new variants have been added to the same leveled lists as the default taffy, which means children can have them in their pockets. The new flavors are also valid as child gifts for the Hearthfires adoption quest. Thanks to Base Object Swapper, many of the default taffy treats placed in the world have been replaced with their variants in a conflict free way. You can also craft all the flavors at the Cooking Pot. I did my best to approximate a real taffy recipe with the ingredients available in Skyrim. The potato in the recipe represents potato starch, which I'm using as a substitute for cornstarch!

All plugins are ESL flagged.

Requirements:

For the regular taffy variants version, you need all the major DLC, as well as Survival Mode. Better Taffy Treats is required because it supplies the meshes and textures. You also need Base Object Swapper if you want the new variants to be placed in the world.

For the taffy variants be a farmer version, you need everything above plus the Pets and Be a Farmer CC Content.

Compatibility:

• Anniversary Edition Creation Club Content - Compatible - the Be A Farmer plugin adds it's own recipe for the default taffy, so I had to create a separate version of my mod for those using this content. Choose the beafarmer version under main plugins if you do. This version of the mod also adds the variants to the list of items that your pet Skeever can find.
• Legacy of the Dragonborn - Compatible - There is a patch for LOTD under Optional files for each version of the mod that allows the taffy variants to be properly sorted by LOTD. In the future I will be looking to see if there are additional ways I can integrate this mod into that one.
• Gourmet - Compatible - Fully Integrated into Gourmet's systems with patch.
• Mods that place additional taffy treats either in the existing world or in new content - Partially Compatible - Thanks to Base Object Swapper, my mod has no worldspace or cell edits and will not conflict with any mods that do. However, any new taffy treats placed in the world will be the default ones unless they are added to the SWAP.ini file, which I will gladly do upon request. I am already planning on supporting most of the popular mods like Wyrmstooth, Falskaar, etc.
