Mod Description

This SKSE plugin is a re-imagination of Bounty Quests Redone, done from scratch. You can find a list with the major differences between each version down below.

Features

THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION MIGHT BE A LITTLE BIT DIFFERENT FROM WHAT YOU MIGHT SEE IN GAME. I WILL UPDATE IT ONCE I STOP BEING LAZY, SO FOR THE TIME BEING REFER TO THE CHANGE LOG INSTEAD!


Manually choose which bounty type you'd like to take when talking to Innkeepers or Stewards or simply start every available bounty quest for a given region all at once


Get some options afterwards to manually start as many bounty quests from specific locations as you want or either start a random or every possible bounty quest of the chosen type.


Solstheim's Raven Rock is also included and has unique Reaver and Riekling bounty quests as well!


Start as many bounty quests as you want! Progress is tracked separately for different regions.


Different bounty locations have different, and highly customizable difficulty values and rewards. Receive less from easy and more from harder quests!


Compatibility

This plugin is built under and for CommonLibSSE-NG. Tested game versions were 1.5.97 and 1.6.1170.

There should be no game-breaking incompatibilities with other mods, however special interactions between this plugin and other similar mod is not to be expected by default.

Major differences from the old version

  • [FIX] The dialogue option "I want to check the available bounties." no longer requires changing locations to show up when creating a new character. This might also fix a bug where the quest that owns the dialogue wouldn't start, thus making the dialogue unavailable.
  • [CHANGE] Bounty quests will no longer "reserve" locations when they are started, meaning that favor quests such as the ones given by NPCs like Amren or the Jarl of Falkreath will no longer be prevented to start when you start a bounty quest in every possible target location of such favor quest.
  • [CHANGE] The dialogue option to collect the reward now awards you every pending reward you had.
  • [CHANGE] Quest reward amounts are now relative to the level of the boss you defeated. Different boss types have different multipliers! See the Rewards.json file for further information.
  • [NEW] New dialogue options to start every available bounty quest from a specific region and to start a random bounty quest were added.
  • [NEW] Reaver and Riekling bounty quests were added to Raven Rock, in Solstheim.
  • [NEW] The name of the bounty quest boss is now displayed in the quest objectives tab.
  • [NEW] Some quality of life settings were included, such as the possibility of starting every quest at game start or limiting the amount of concurrent quests you can start.
