In Stormcloaks controlled holds local Nords will refuse to talk with you, unless you are a Nord or you wear an amulet of Talos or you are their friend.

Changelogs
Version 1.1
Changed the implementation, so that Remote Interactions cannot override it anymore.
Version 1.0
Original version
This mod is built on top of my previous one (Dresscode of Skyrim) implementation-wise. I am really surprised that something like that can be achieved only via dialogue conditions, no scripts, no nothing.
Why would you install that? Hard to tell. Maybe you are an RP addict as I am. Maybe you want to have a proper "Nords are racist" playthrough or something. I consider this mod to be an RP challenge.
I have tested it to some extent, and the logic should work alright with holds ownership changes, but more testing is welcomed. Also, guards forcegreets seem to have higher priority than my mod, and I think it is ok. Some NPCs could have complex dialogues set up for them and that also could interfere, so if there is something completely unimmersive - report that and I will try to fix.
As per version 1.1 I have removed a way to circumvent this mod logic using Remote Interactions. So the mod is even more punishing now.
