CCOR and WACCF support for the wonderful Isilmeriel LOTR Weapons Collection SSE.

This patch was in part by using kryptopyr's xEdit Scripts from Complete Crafting Overhaul Remastered. I then used Weapons Armor Clothing and Clutter Fixes as a template to reconfigure Isilmeriel LOTR Weapons Collection SSE to better fit its stat system. Now as you progress in smithing, the weapons will gradually unlock. I also moved the recipes to the Skyforge, and reverted the Moonforge into a regular forge. Isilmeriel originally separated the recipes to avoid bloat in the crafting menu. With CCOR this issue is handled by hiding recipes when you don't have enough materials to craft them. I also made these edits using Isilmeriel LOTR Weapons Collection SSE - Patch by nodude2016. So that will also be a requirement.
