Just noticed, the legs are in different positions in each of the screenshots. Does that mean it walks?
Also, given the ladder is high off the ground, I wonder how you get up to it? Maybe that is a puzzle in itself? Or perhaps the recently released "Havok-enabled barrels" mod could provide a way for players to move barrels under the ladder, and jump on them, turning Skyrim into a platform game!
