CCOR: BREAKDOWN RECIPES
As mentioned in the mod description, Complete Crafting Overhaul Remastered supports the breaking down of items as a more efficient way to acquire crafting supplies. Weapons, armor, and even miscellaneous items can be broken down into base materials using the smelter or tanning rack. The breakdown recipes in CCOR are also conditioned to protect your favorite or equipped items from accidental smelting.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Most armors and weapons can be broken down, as well as many miscellaneous items. As a general rule, breaking down an item returns 1 less primary material than went into crafting an item. When leather is the primary material, breaking down an item will return 2 leather strips for each piece of leather that went into crafting it. For some items like arrows and daggers, multiple items may need to be broken down in order to return any usable material. Jewelry cannot currently be broken down (but will be added in the future).
