You should place KSHair For All Vanilla NPCs as high as possible in your load order, which means lower priority. Place KSHair For All Vanilla NPCs near the top of your load order:


You must place Botox for Skyrim lower in your load order than KSHair For All Vanilla NPCs, so that Botox for Skyrim has higher priority than KSHair For All Vanilla NPCs. That will enable Botox for Skyrim to change the appearance of female NPCs.

    Botox' author, @Kaspar482, has addressed the absence for men directly himself with a sibling mod, and he hints at future improvements to go beyond mere visits to the hair salon. By definition it won't conflict with Botox for [Female] Skyrim and won't even require any load order fiddling.
