Patch 1.1. List of changes and fixes. 1) Decapitation error - all helmets are fixed, decapitation works. 2) Fixed the comment of the guards on the rider's armor. 3) Fixed imperial gauntleets in Argonians and Khajiits. 4) Removed test barrel in Whiterun Catacombs. 5) Corrected the name of the Cloak. 6) Dragon armor has now been added to the Emperor's inventory on the ship, and officer's armor has been added to the general. 7) The officer's armor can now be obtained after receiving the rank of Legate. Other armor can be forged. 8) Penitus Okulatos armor can be obtained as a reward for the destruction of the Dark Brotherhood. 9) Fixed first-person gauntleets display. Optional files have also been added. Standalone ECP makes it easy to forge all these armor. Standalone 50-50 ESP adds all armor to the level lists so that it will be on the soldiers with standard armors sets (50% armors from this mod and 50% standart game armors with heavy set). These files are downloaded separately and replace the main file. To upgrade, just download the Base archive and unzip it by confirming the replacement of the files. You can then download an optional file.
Download the Base file and then choose a texture file. So, you will need 2/3 of the main files for this mod to work correctly. Install like any other mod using the mod manager of your choice. Enjoy!
You get the base file then the texture file of your choice and it works, if it does not work after getting the two files you have done something wrong as it works correctly in my game.
Also use a mod manager to install so you can remove it without issue if needed.
Don't let the comments fool you, I installed this mod and had a clean bug free experience. I highly recommend all players use this mod, since it is a major aesthetic improvement over the vanilla imperial armor, while also being lore friendly. This armor is great for players looking for a higher realism experience, as it does away with the chunky vanilla imperial armor and replaces it with an armor that seems much more practical, matches more with the medieval/renaissance technological level of the game setting, and is more in keeping with the imperial designs as established in previous elder scrolls games. The armor has a reflective surface that resembles real polished metal, and the images provided by the author do not do these surfaces justice. as far as I could tell the polished effect was only applied on the cleaner parts of the metal, and ignored the grime and rust on the rest of the surface, leading to one of the most interesting looking armor surfaces in the entire modding community, despite the relatively simple overall design of the armor. Also, apon testing, this mod seemed to work just fine alongside immersive armors, with immersive armors replacing the armor of the imperials it normally edits, and leaving the majority of imperial troops to benefit from this mod. the two different styles clashed a little, but it didn't bother me too much, and changes to the imperial forces made by immersive armors can be turned off through the mod menu.
do you have a step by step instructions for this mod I used to play with it and its become a must have for my playthroughs. But i cant figure how to use anymore. When I download the 2 parts all I get is floating heads.
