I agree, there should be a replacer version of this set. I don't think mod authors realize from inside their circles how arcane mod making can be from the outside. It's not easy for most of us to just add an armor as a replacer to our games without prior experience as a mod author, and a replacer file for a beautiful set like this would be appreciated very much. Like I've said on other posts, vanilla steel is ugly and needs to go away, especially when it shares a game and is contrasted with some of NordwarUA's works of art.
Just want to let you know that the shield is missing the HeavyArmor keyword, and has both the ArmorMaterialSteel and ArmorMaterialAdvanced keywords. Easy fix with TES5EDIT, but I'm sure you'd like to correct that.
In this armor I use diffuse texture, normalmap and metal texture with cubemap. My English is not very good. If I understood correctly, then you want to change the texture, if so, then I do not mind.
Thank you for the hard work. It looks great. I need to ensure it will fit with my 4k hyper-realistic build or if it will break the look with lower resolution and lack of texture layers.
You are way too kind, NordwarUA. Why even answer such an entitled brat? The guy has endorsed 5 mods ever in 3 years, but has over 300 comments, so this is not the first time that has question-bombed someone, but apparently fails to be even as minimally grateful as to press a simple button in return. Clearly the kind of person that is more a time lost than anything else.
There was absolutely nothing "entitled" about the user's question. He simply wanted to know what the resolution is, which was not included in the description.
My last entry here, cause I really didn't want to start a discussion. I'm sorry for the way I expressed myself, but I felt it at a personal level:
I'm not going really deeper into this, but what was asked was the size, not the resolution. You can go above 4k normal quality with a 1k image, cause what matter is the definition per pixel, which commonly people call resolution even though they are different things. Image size is not what matters to get high levels of detail. It can be kind of confusing, but is my job and I know what I speak of here.
And from my point of view, telling a creator that his work can "break his high-realistic build" is entitlement. You are pretty much saying that the Gioconda is a bad painting cause is not as huge as an 1780's painting. Format has nothing to do with quality, and this is a high quality work.
What are you even talking about? There's no entitlement at play here. Someone asked a question that the author didn't understand (presumably due to language barrier), so the user clarified. That's it. You're projecting some deep-seeded resentment at something that isn't happening here.
I highly doubt the author was offended by the question. Nor should you be.
Another great armor set. I used TES5EDIT to change the required perk from Steel to Advanced Armors to craft it, because the armor rating is nearly as good as Nordic Carved Armor.
Hope you'll release a standalone version of your imperial legion and hold guard armors. IIRC the ultimate goal is to create a replacer compilation for all native armor sets, but standalone is great too.

If you are more worried about the texture size than you are about the resolution of it, I have bad news for you about the "hyper-realistic" build....
