Accordingly to the official Creation Kit's Wiki ( https://www.creationkit.com/index.php?title=ColorForm ), given that:
"Note that because adding a hair color modifies the Race, it may conflict with other mods that also modify the same Race. "
the RedHair plugin should be loaded last in the load order.

ESP MANUAL INSTALLATION/UNINSTALLATION
Copy the RedHair.esp file into the Skyrim's Data folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\Data
To uninstall it, delete it.
ESP MANUAL ACTIVATION/DEACTIVATION
Launch Skyrim via Steam, then choose "Data Files",
select the checkbox next to
