Love this cabin! my only complain is, and I'm not sure if it's only me or not, but I can't hear my footsteps once inside, and not only inside but outside too, right infront of the door, which is odd. Another problem I got is the lack of music. Maybe it was intentional? anyways, love the location : )
Hey I am glad you like it ;) I find it quite cozy as well though I mostly use it for a follower home. Can't say that I have noticed the footsteps issue so I have to pay attention next time I am there; the lack of music was intentional, I am fine with no music but if you have an idea for what you think fits let me know.
I'm having pixelated shadows appear on my character when inside. I am not sure if it specific to this mod, but I do not have any issue with vanilla location interiors.
Pretty sure that has nothing to do with this mod, I for one have no such issue or I would have mentioned it. My guess would be that your card or memory is struggling with rendering textures, you may have breached a threshold with this mod if you run allot of custom texture mods or high res textures; the cabin is after all a custom mesh and texture. I am just guessing though, could be your graphics settings for shadow rendering need adjusting or ENB settings? Good luck
Your wish was my command and I just uploaded a ported version to SSE. I also made some minor but helpful changes and so the SSE version is 1.3 Hope you will enjoy it ;)
Are you using custom wood textures for this cabin? I just downloaded this and both the interior (https://imagebin.ca/v/4ZmyMKbdt1Gj) and exterior (https://imagebin.ca/v/4ZmyIGxTxQ4n) are purple

Thank you I appreciate the kind comment. Glad you like it and I use it that way too, a getaway; soak up the view with a Mead and leave Lydia here when she gets on my nerves :)

I have alluded to them in the description and made it a bit more clear I hope.
The texture mods for towns I use are: MM Solitude 512, MM - Whiterun 512 both by zhoulia, and Shibui Skyrim by ciathyza. I believe MM - Solitude 512 is responsible for the cabin look, sorry I cannot be sure but all three are awesome texture mods to have anyway.
