Do you have the right version for your game? This one is for the original Skyrim, not Special Edition or Anniversary Edition. (Mods for those are found in Skyrim Special Edition Nexus Read this mod's "Description" tab for a link to the SSE version of this mod.) Also, which file did you download?

Does this mod still work? Every time I try to run this mod via mod manager after installing it with Vortex the game crashes before it can launch. I've downloaded and installed all of the file requirements but it still refuses to launch.
(*) I get the error called "REL/Relocation.h(567): failed to open file."
Hi, logical question here. But would this mod work with something like No Boring Sleep-Wait Menu? I love that mod, but would also like for the waiting to be faster than vanilla Skyrim
Hey, so my Save option was greyed out after installing this, eventually resulting in me needing to do a fresh install to get it fixed. Since it seems like I'm one of - if not the only person having this issue, I won't instantly blame your mod and your mod alone, but could you please advise on this?
Hi, lStewieAl! I just came by to tell, that the "Even faster" version does not work with the Open Cities Skyrim (game freezes during waiting), but the Normal one works well ,so I use it and very happy)) Thanks again for your wonderful mod!
Thank you for taking the time to create and upload this. Even if it was a simple and/or quick task, I appreciate it either way. But can we talk about how it took us 3,782,880 minutes from the day Skyrim came out to finally do this? Oh, where are my manners? My sincerest apologies, let me convert that number of minutes into something more easily understandable. How could it have taken us 226,972,800 seconds from 11/11/11 to the day this mod came out for someone to do this? Oh, that’s even an worse unit to use, I’m sorry ;) It took us 7 years, 2 months, and 9 days for someone to do this. That’s crazy to me lmaoooo.
So I mean sure, you’re just waiting 24 seconds to advance a full day. Some might say it’s *only* 24 seconds, so there’s no point in making a mod to speed it up. Some might say that we don’t need a mod for this, because you can enter the console command “tfc” before starting your wait, and it’ll complete in a couple of seconds. And SOME say Alduin is Akatosh. Some say M'aiq is a liar. Don’t you believe either of those things.......
Wait what were we talking about? Hahaha jk. Ignoring the M'aiq quote, sure, you can fight your ADHD every time you need to wait and just wait however many seconds per hour you need to. And sure, the tfc console command makes waiting take a few seconds max, regardless of the amount of hours. But to the people who say those things, yeah you’re right. But my ADD is lowkey awful, and I don’t want to be alone with my thoughts for 24 seconds (jk not jk, y’know lol). And then using the tfc command to advance time just feels dirty and wrong, so I hate doing it.
So I’ll take my dawg lStewieAl‘s Faster Sleep Wait (SKSE) any day, thank you very much ¯\_(?)_/¯
I need Just the Opposite, could you add some .ini filewhere we can increase or decrease the sleep time?Just because I really enjoy my sleep time but is too Short
I made a version that's 3.3x slower than vanilla, not sure if that's what you wanted but it didn't take long to make., I'd rather not make an INI for it since the current implementation is quite simple.
Thanks my Friend!, you makes me really happy today, but please do not discard in the future a possible version using .ini where with positive numbers the time increases and with negative ones it is reduced, it's will be great!,Endorsed.
Hi lStewieAl, Since LatinGames mentioned "positive number to increase time and negative one to reduce it" and you said "Done"... I'd like to understand if you would really use negative numbers? I was thinking iWaitTimeInMS=1000ms means wait time is 1 second per game hour. So 500ms would be 1/2 second per game hour, and 2000ms would be 2 seconds per game hour. Do I have this right? So there is really no "negative" numbers, right? If so what would you say are reasonable min and max values for iWaitTimeInMS (I was thinking 250ms to 4000ms)? And for reference, what is the game default value (I was assuming 1000ms)? Thanks!
You have to install SKSE first, the link is in the requirement. Use the installer if you don't know how to install it. After that, download this mod files. Open the zip and you'll see skse/plugins/(the .dll). Put the .dll in your (Skyrim folder)/Data/skse/plugins/(the .dll)
I've installed Skyrim mods before, and I have SKSE running already, but I don't know how to install a .dll all of my other mods are .esp files. I can't seem to find any instructions on how to install either, maybe im looking in the wrong place, could someone give me some pointers?
Go to the "Files" tab here on the mod's page. Find the version you installed. Just beneath it, click on "Preview file contents". A pop-up box will open, showing you what's included in the mod but also, where it goes in your Skyrim file structure. Or install it with a Mod Manager.
