Hi there! This mod has no tags (only TAG THIS MOD+ button up front), so can I ask one question: is it more related to CHEATING (tag), FAIR AND BALANCED (tag) or UNBALANCED ? I'm asking because I didn't used word powers before and I need balanced timing.
I would think in most cases its Fair and balanced as most things I use it for are just toggles or menus, but for some abilities (the wicked wind ability from sacrosanct comes to mind) this can be extremally unbalanced. To me a 3 second cooldown to .1 is just a quality of life change but depending on your mod list this may change.
Any power (modded or not) that can be used unlimited times per day. lesser powers in unmodded Skyrim include: Bardic knowledge, Black Market, Breath of Nchuak, Frostmoon Instinct, Howl of the Pack, Night Eye, Secret Servant, Vampire Sight and Vampire Lord.
I've always wanted a mod to do this, but I never found anything like it. Thank you for your contribution to this community, it is very appreciated. It works perfectly and it is compatible with powers added by other mods. Great job, endorsed !!!.
Thanks, I hated how there was a cooldown (especially since a lot of mods have menus added in as powers,) so I decided to download the creation kit and learn how to mod to get rid of it.
