Reverses the change by the unofficial patch that removed the "can pick up" flag from the Sunhallowed Elven Arrow.

The unofficial patch removed the "can pick up" flag from Sunhallowed Elven Arrows, so they were unrecoverable if you missed your target. This tiny mod simply puts that flag back on so you can pick them up again. Just something I made for myself and thought I'd share.
Technically, only Dawnguard is required but this plugin is pointless unless you have USLEEP or an older version of USKP/ UDGP. (The patch introduced the change in v2.0.1 in February '14)
The plugin changes the "Projectile" record, not the "Ammunition" record, so the unofficial patch's keyword fix for the Sunhallowed Arrow is unaffected.
