removed the dependencies on AS:LAL. Now mod requires only Dawnguard and Dragonborn DLC.

- killing a random dragon after starting Dragon Rising will no longer advance that quest forward and tell player to report back to jarl Balgruuf (at that point jarl Balgruuf personality was split between hurrying player to go help Irileth, and praising for receiving Greybeards summons...)
- during quest Dragon Rising, the dragon souls counter won't reset on killing Milmurnir
- fixed the issue where disabled word walls prevented quests in dungeons from advancing/completing (among them the Golden Claw quest in Bleak Falls Barrow)
- jarl Balgruuf joining Stormcloaks should not block Civil War Overhaul now
