Hello Vpulse08, I am sorry to bother but I am having a problem with your mod. When I found Grimsever I was shocked to find it's model had not changed one bit, it WAS a greatsword now but was otherwise just a glass weapon. I installed all the book of silence mods just in case and still no change. I'm not sure what to do here.
And yes, before you all ask the mod was installed on a fresh save from the start. Any help on fixing this would be great as from the images this does look like a really nice model edit.
Sounds like another mod is overwriting the plugin's changes. Please try the following:
- Place the plugin of this mod (Grimsever.esp) at the bottom of your load order, then check if it works
** It should work at this point, else do a manual install to be sure; the files must be placed inside the "Data" folder of your Skyrim installation. Plugin must still be at the bottom of the load order.
- then raise the position of this mod's plugin one at a time in your load order, and check in-game to see which mod is overwriting the change.
Please let me know if you need further help with this if something's not clear.
First thanks for the reply, 2nd sorry this reply is late life you know, 3rd I use Mod organizer but yeah I'll be sure to check things over. I'll figure it out eventually. Otherwise mod works great the craftable version is indeed the same as in the screenshots. So thanks again for the work you put in will keep you updated on whether we get it working or not.
Exactly, modders are best thing to ever happen to Skyrim(or all games in general). Finally Mjoll sword don't look like the sword i just crafted a few minutes ago, but actually unique.
Any chance that we could get a stand alone version of this sword? I would love to be able to just forge one and put my own enchantment on it, without having to change the vanilla one.
"After completing the quest which requires you to return Grimsever to Mjoll, the unenchanted variant named Grimfrost can be crafted at any normal forge. It comes in 1-handed and 2-handed variants."
Variants use the same appearance and they're enchantable as well.
