I have made a map which allows you to fast travel from almost everywhere. It is very simple to do by selecting the "Can't Travel From Here" "Data flag" in all the cells. If you are interested, you can easily offer both types of maps. Since I have played Enderal three times through, most recently "Forgotten Stories", being able to fast travel from interior cells greatly enhances the pleasure of exploring, especially if coupled with "Enderal Tools".
How did you use TES5Edit with Enderan? Since Steam took this game over last month, Steam creates a completely separate folder for Enderan to download to, now - TES5Edit will not point to Enderan as it is not a recognized game. Enderan is no longer a simple download of an .exe which one pastes into their Skyrim folder, and installs all it's files there. So no - at this point the Fast Travel mod doesn't work, I evidently cannot use TES5Edit to fix it as I do not see any "Browse" feature to open a specific folder, nor do I know of any other edit program to use instead. Btw, in case it matters (probably for the fast travel mod it would) I am unsure of the ver. number of the current Enderal - Forgotten Stories, Steam is providing.
No, that's a lie. The mod doesn't work with the latest version of Enderal, because it breaks the map. Use https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/77879? instead, I checked it with Tes5Edit.
The mod author of the already existing version for fast travel was inactive. So we decided to update it and send the author the updated files. We are pretty sure that the other mod works (besides of the issue that it can cause quest bugs when used during quests/scenes). :)

I was able to fix this by using TES5Edit
I removed all the instances of "Cant Fast Travel" from the worldspace data
(I am using Enderal 1.2.5.0 and this mod is working now
