Technically and on a micro scale it's excellent, but I think all the moss and stuff should be an addon to the wall, similar to how Majestic Mountains does their moss, that way you won't get the repetitiveness. Just theoretically because I don't know how he implemented it. That or changing the UV map so the textures don't repeat so often. Hmm....
Yes, too repetitive and bright. I completely agree. Noticed I'm still using your rock/mountain textures? Also using your ground textures if you can see it or not. Lol.
I was just going to say, in close up photos its looks like a dream but from far away its just to congested? To much id like it to be spread out i think that would add more realism in it, i absolutely love it for interiors though!
I didn't know it is u who made it, so I was looking at 1 image and was like ok, then looked further and was like oh interesting, then wow, then awesome then speechless!
I added some pictures. I like the texture, but they seem a bit to bright and colorful for skyrim. I think if you try to make the stone a bit darker it will look great!
Reducing the saturation by 30-50% might look good - or reduce the green channel back by a chunk. Thing is, my enb is kinda desaturated anyway, so the original file looks good on my setup, but I can see how someone with a colourful ENB would notice it sticking out. I think the brightness level is spot on but it would be nice to have a few options.
The other issue is the tiling when viewed from afar. Because the moss grows in lines the tiling is really obvious and i tried to blend that out in the LOD files, with limited success. A more random, spotted appearance for the moss might alleviate that, but acquiring such a texture or editing the existing one to that effect, yeesh, a lot of work.
