Her name comes from Japan's Japanese, and New Zealand's Maori. It loosely translates to slight variations of "Cat of the Rainbow Sea". The name "Kairi" is "Kai + ri" with "Kai" meaning "Ocean/Sea" with "-ri" as an additive. The word "Kiri" (also a name) comes from Maori meaning "Rainbow/Skin". Lastly, "neko" is Japanese for "cat". Meow ~ Although, I like "Cat of the Chrome Ocean" better. "Chrome", coming from the Greek "khrōma" meaning "colors" which was inspired by the brilliant colors displayed by chromium substances.

It's very disheartening to see so many views yet so little downloads. It makes me wonder if I failed at creating an attractive preset. This will not make me feel sad in any way, but it would be nice to receive criticism, both good and bad. If there's something you don't like, please point it out so I can create something better in the future to put smiles on peoples faces :)

Well, you just simply download the mod, install it, then play the game. Enter Race Menu, preferably in the Ratway at the face Sculptor. FIRST, load the preset, under the "Presets" tab. THEN, load the head sculpt, under the head sculpt tab (or whatever tab you can edit the head mesh with). Feel free to use whatever textures and bodies you want, but, if you want her exactly as shown, you will need some or all of the below mentioned mods. You can essentially use whatever body mod you want, and some skin textures also work well with her, like "Fair Skin" and "Girl of Innocence". I don't think I tried any others.

Kairi was born on an island in the north, surrounded by what seemed to be just regular ocean water. But it's display of colors, especially during the rise and fall of the sun, was truly a spectacle to behold. It would inspire her parents to name her. Kairi's father was a Nord, from a far off island. Her mother, was an Akaviri Khajit. With both cultures, and the inspiration of the ocean, her parent's gave her a name: "Kairi Kirineko".
She inherited both Nord might and Khajit athleticism, and was taught how to fight by her very skilled parents. Some would say that's the purrfect combination. Quick and sneaky, strong and fierce, but also cuddly and enjoys headpat's :) ahem, sorry, so as I was saying, yeah.
Kirineko is an excellent thief, and assasin. However, instead of only being able to flee or keep her distance if discovered, her warrior instincts kick in and she can now, sorry, she can meow deal heavy damage and cause cat-astrophy before running back into the shadows. Isn't that pawesome?
