Umm.. I am a liittle confused here. Your character is called Lyris Titanborn, a giant/Nord mix race, and she is supposed to be at the Jarl's longhouse in Winterhold, right? Well I found an Yzla Titanborn at the Moorside inn in Morthal. She is very tall, a Redguard race with a Mohawk haircut. Is this the same person or is this someone else's mod? She just showed up one day. I don't have a clue where she came from. I know I did not download any warrior type giant NPCs (that I know of anyway). When I googled her, I got no responses, and no matches on Nexus. A bit strange, I think.
Ya i know, the mods not completely finished yet and i haven't had the time to work on it because of my job /: .Unfortunately it takes a while to record all of the Lyris sound files from ESO but i'll finish it eventually..
Downloaded, she had the ole grey face bug in my game and had no dialog or response when clicking on her. I moved her around in load order a bit to see if anything changed but stayed the same. I really like the idea though.

Some may think that she is too tall, but it is natural as she is a mixture of giants and nords BTW I chose "Follow me" as a dialogue option, but she does not come with me. I can see just from looking that the problems people are having with this file are rudimentary and easily fixed. I can fix them for you if you want. This is a good concept, and deserves to be graced with proper functionality, just needs a little programming.

Well she is tall...but she does NOT follow. THe dialog box comes up with "follow me" and she says "I'll do my best, lead on" the dialog box goes away then comes right back so I can't move till I answer it or hit tab to get out of it. When I leave the longhouse she doesn't follow. She seems like a follower with potential but she needs plenty of tweaking. I think her tallness is a bit over done. reducing her size to just a foot tall than most people of Skyrim would be more that enough to get ones attention, but not to let people think she is a giant with good looking features! People of Skyrim ar a bit superstitious, and things they can't understand must be bad. Someone as tall as Lyris would be shunned by many if not killed by a few for being so different!
Sorry about that im new to this, but this is strange she should follow you.. are you hearing her voice at all or is it just silent? ill try to fix it if i can.
Yes I hear her voice but the "follow me" dialog box comes right back...like its in a loop!
EDIT: just tried V2...still get stuck with a "follow me" dialog box. She doesn't follow me!
EDIT: Just tried the V 2.1..she now accepts the dialogue of follow me and she does follow! Now If you could get rid of the "gray face bug" and make her compatible with AFT, Lyris WILL be a good follower! I would like to change her outfit but it's very difficult without some mod like AFT. I use the "ring of fashion designer" but that too is a bit buggy! Also when you try to place her somewhere with the "this place is your new home" she says nothing and when you dismiss her she just leaves, assumedly she is going back to Winterhold.
