-Fixed Fel Silver Swords contract objective which was not clear.
-The quest will now start a bit differently: If your Smithing skill is 50 or above, you will get the quest once you change location (going to a city seems to be the best way).
-You will now have the option to refuse the contract. Once you read the letter, after a couple seconds, it will ask you if you want to refuse and rip the contract. This message will appear everytime you open a contract.
-Changed timing during which the map marker appears for the forge.

Your map will now update once your start the quest to meet Mordrin so the Forge will show.
Lowered lamp that was floating behind the counter in the forge.
Players will now be able to get the quest even if their Smithing is at a 100 once they level another skill.
