I love this mod, it both fixes the bug that the game claims that you are being asked to leave when nobody is demanding such a thing! Like, really I'm the Listener and this is my room who dares to make this demand and why? It also annoys me that you are physically unable to lie in a bed because somebody that might not even be alive any longer owns it. I use a prison mod and sometimes NPC comes and sleeps in my bed and I can't leave the cell. Now that isn't a problem I can sleep anyway. People might not like me using their bed but I should at least be able to attempt and hope they don't show up while I sleep.
Alternate solution: My problem was in Dawnstar Sanctuary. When I first got there I could sleep no problem. All of a sudden one day I kept getting "You can't sleep/wait here while being asked to leave". I tried fiddling with the Ownership of the cell, nothing. I then tried deleting the DawnstarSanctuary [CELL:000193EE] from my savefile. Boom. It worked. I can sleep and wait again without this mod.

Thank you. The character was not asleep, but this mode allows him to fall asleep.Problems with Animations or Go to Beds have been solved with this mod.
Is there any possible way you could make this but for Fast Travelling? I'm getting the "You can't fast travel while taking health damage" bug and I have had no success fixing it.
Gods me too! That was why I downloaded this, and while I'll likely keep it for various roleplay reasons, I REALLY need this for fast traveling. My Vampire was taking damage in the sun and it got stuck. She wasn't taking damage anymore, but the game thought she was even indoors and at night, and now she can't fast travel without me going back to an earlier save. Even 'player.dispelallspells' didn't fix it.
It would be great if this could get ported to SSE. I'm trying to add true sun damage to Sacrosanct for my own personal use but scripting is beyond me. The best I can do is add conditional health damage, but since the ability must always be on, it counts as taking damage even if you currently aren't, so you can't sleep/wait/etc... with the ability enabled. An SSE version of You Can Sleep would fix all this for me.

Same boat. Have the "You cannot ____ while being asked to leave bug" that's really pissing me off. This mod would fix it, but doesn't work with SSE. I'd convert it myself but I have no idea how to manipulate DLL files. There is no BSA file for easy conversion here.
Indispensable mod- lets *me* decide where it makes sense for me to sleep based on role-play, not the devs. Yes, there's a console command (setownership), but that really gets annoying to have to do all the time and pulls you out of the actual story. Like, I'm an officer of the Imperial Legion, and just helped defend the city from a freaking dragon - I should be able to sleep in the spare beds in the barracks in Whiterun (for just one example).
