SO I tested this mod. It works in fact. The only thing I have to say is that when you switch to another shout, and come back to the first one too soon, the bar begins again since the middle, but it moves faster to the edges... in fact it takes into account the remaining time of the shout CD, and then it moves proportionaly to the edges of your ATH bar. But it can be confusing, and there's no icon to show the CD of each shout, which is not a problem at all (I say it for the new users).
In fact that's not a big problem, it may be due to a limitation of SKSE, or even Skyrim... but we are not supposed to switch only between 2 shouts, but if you want to cycle only between your 2 fav shouts, I warn you that you can be confused by the white shout CD bar. Also for new users. Otherwise, as it works apparently flawlessly, I've nothing more to say than thank you for the plugin.

What an awesome idea. I got more than once this infinite CD bug you talk about in the desc, and it can be aweful when you need to shout, actually. So yeah a SKSE plugin which works without bug is something cool. I'll test it soon.
thank you for this! i used the very similar mod u mentioned, but it had some bugs and suddenly it started to fail me out of absolutely nowhere.. glad I decided to give this one a chance too, endorsed!
Wow, SKSE Version, I guess it means I don't need to start a new game. The esp version often caused a problem that all shouts turn gray. I cannot use other shouts unless I put my sword back into its sheath and then draw it out again(Press "R" twice). My English is terrible, sorry.
