A SKSE Plugin that splits the global shout cooldown into individual cooldowns for each shout, allowing more variety in the shouts you use while the powerful ones cool down.
I know that there is another mod doing the same thing on nexus.The speed of papyrus engine is too slow to handle this feature,so it maybe causes some bugs like infinite cooldowns or no cooldowns,so I release this plugin to avoid these issues.
It is a SKSE plugin,no esp and scripts, should be safe to install or uninstall at any time.
