REMEMBER that both kind of Strings; from the old game (LE), and from the new game (SSE-AE), are totally INCOMPATIBLE, and you must NOT to MIX the files between them.

< Fix for the bug 'Empty name bug (or can't loot, can't interact)' >
Thanks to the user 'Sthaagg' for to write here this useful information, and credits for the fix goes to the people who created it and shared it.
It is a well known bug by 'ASIS' and 'Perkus maximus' non-english users.
Why? Because, even if you set your language properly in 'Skyproc', almost all the mod on nexus are in english and some items translations are missing, sadly, instead of using default english names, fields stay empty, blocking all interaction.
How to avoid this?
Best solution to avoid problem is to play in english but it is not cool for people who doesn't understand it very well.
An alternate solution is to replace English string files by ones of your language and set english in skyproc. It will use your language for most of the items and use english for untranslated ones. (if you use a multi-language mod, you must swap language string too, same way).
This mod profile will help you to avoid the tedious task of extracting all string files from skyrim and its DLCs.
Easy to follow procedure :
1 - Download the needed Strings files from this mod profile.
2 - Rename strings, following this example :
heartfires_french.strings => heartfires_english.strings
heartfires_french.ilstrings => heartfires_english.ilstrings
heartfires_french.dlstrings => heartfires_english.dlstrings
... (do that for all files, protips: use a mass renamer utility)
3 - Replace original files.
4 - Run your patcher in English... and that's all.
But i can use this to change text to spanish while keeping the voices in english?, my game was installed in english and while i understand it i dont want to have a headache

I tried to export all the strings from Traditional Chinese files. I tried to open the files through a text editor but these files are of course encoded.

Which gives you the power to export the contents of the 'Strings' (as for 'Skyrim LE' as for 'Skyrim SE') in different formats that you can open in other softwares.

What did i do wrong?
I don't now it. This mod is purely related with 'String' files and nothing else, and the way the files can be used with other mods/tools/etc can vary depending on the mods/tools/etc themself. At least you can be sure that the files you can download from this mod profile are ok. Maybe ask for help in other sites too.

First thing is always to have the full base game in an original status and then start to mod it. These 'String' files from this mod profile are the 'Official Strings', and I always test exhaustively everything I do before any release, so the error never can come from these files.

Esa es una pregunta que pertenece más bien al soporte del mod 'ASIS', por lo que debes de formularla en la sección 'POSTS' del perfil de mod de 'ASIS'. Yo no te puedo ayudar en ello.
