Put the *.PAS in your xEdit scripts folder.
Right-click a worldspace in xEdit and run the "Skyrim - Export cell height data" script.
Save the file in the same folder as this tool.
Run the tool in Firefox. (Other browsers have security limits that prevent local files from
reading each other.)
Give the tool the name of your output file.
Run it!

You can limit the area of the worldspace that the tool pays attention to using the "constrain"
boxes (min x, min y, max x, max y). Use cell coordinates, not unit coordinates (one cell is
4096 units long and wide).
