I made a oacth to use the great mods Requiem and Qaxe's Questorium together. Cause I want to Play as a Blue elf. So here are the changes in the race stats:
Raised the starting magicka from 50 to 100
Raised the starting Stamina from 50 to 100
Lowered the magicka regen from 3 to 1.5
Lowered the stamina regen from 3 to 1.5
Add the strong stomach to the blue elf race
