Version 4.1
- Dragon Priest handling changed becasue was causing all music to go silent, now requires optional esp that edits race
- Various <= >= were reversed on time checks which was causing some songs to not play at the right time

Version 4.0Beta
- -V4 is meant to be a more simple version and feels somewhere in-between DRAkE and CDMS now
-NOTE: I have to completely rebuild by music list for V4 and will not actually be able to properly play test for some time which is why this is being released as a Beta for now
-Dawn & Dusk removed in favor of just Day & Night
-Towns now properly use Town Combat in interiors
-Major Bosses changed to a static 20 slots (static meaning No Time of Day or Week)
-Alduin now covered by All CombatBoss or at least should be, confirmation from users would be appreciated
-Durnhevir now covered by All CombatBoss
-Removed Castle Dawnguard, Castle Imperial, & Castle Stormcloak, instead it's now a single Castle category
-Civil War changed to static 20 slots
-Removed Cave - Draugr and now let Nordic Ruins handle all Draugr related locations
-Removed Nordic Ruins - Dragon Priest Lair and is now handled by just Nordic Ruins
-Added unique combat music option for dragon priest targets
-Removed Cave - Falmer & Ice - Falmer and replaced with Falmer Hive like CDMS had
-Removed Throat of the World and now uses Sovngarde for both Alduin encounters
-Removed Town - Dawnstar, Town - Falkreath, Town - Morthal, Town - Raven Rock, Town - Tel Mithryn, & Town - Winterhold
-Tavern (both types) changed to static 140 slots (estimate placeholder amount for now that will probably be reduced later)
-Werewolf & Vamp silent dragon encounters fixed (unsure if this was an issue but I noticed it while working in the Creation Kit)
-ExplorePerkTree in Forts not intended and should be fixed now
-All CombatNormal restricted to not be used for dragon encounters like it should have been all along
-Cave should no longer be used in Riekling Camps
-Eclipse Explore removed and returned to using region Night Explore
-Eclipse Stinger moved to All
-Elder Scroll stinger moved to All
-Sovngarde is now static 90 slots (another placeholder that will likely be reduced to maybe 50 later)
-Blackreach Dragon encounter is now considered a major boss
-What Goes in Here texts removed in favor of something seemingly easier and direct
-All Bandit locations with the exception of Forts now covered by Bandit Camp like CDMS had
-All Warlock location with the exception of Fort - Warlock now covered by Warlock Lair like CDMS had
-All Forsworn location with the exception of Forts now covered by Forsworn Camp
-All Vampire locations including Forts and Nordic Ruins now covered by Vampire Lair
-Town - Raven Rock removed and now covered by Explore - Volcanic
-Raven Rock arrival stinger moved to Explore - Volcanic
-Guilds now have their own category to make things easier
