Groka will use the face and body that you've installed previously.
You can find her at Kynesgrove's Braidwood Inn. She will be ready to follow you.

Level: 35
Family: Her sister, who lives in Orsinium
Combat Style: Ranged Spellcaster
Inventory: Nothing but her magic clothes.
Magic Spells: Thunderbolt, Steadfast Ward, Lightning Cloak, Close Wounds, Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning
Story: When she was a child, Groka always was reading books about alchemy and magic. She was frequently bullied by other orcs, so at the age of 15 she came to Skyrim. She is called "The Witch" because of her attitude towards unknown people (her own insecurity brings her to be rough).
