This mod is now likely to be left as it is, I just am not interested enough to keep working on it as I would rather start from scratch with a general food overhaul.

I have no intention of porting this mod to SSE at this stage - there will be too many frequent updates, & as I am not using SSE I would rather focus on standard Skyrim.

Love this mod, because of all the new items... and I just love pumpkin anything. The new recipes are great!

Just a small note: in regards to RND 2... it has been removed from Nexus. So making any patches for compatibility, if you had planned to, won't be viable at this point unless people were lucky enough to download that mod prior to it's removal. The only thing now is the original RND and the mods that followed subsequently based upon it such as "RND & USLEEP All-In-One."

Thanks I absolutely love your lore friendly lingerie mod & am really looking forward to the update!

I am not sure because I have never used RND or RND2 myself, but I think perhaps RND2 may possibly have been removed & reuploaded? I just double checked the version that I have linked to & it is still available - but it was only uploaded in September of this year.

I just had a quick look at the description for the universal patch & it will not work with this mod - the patch works by adapting vanilla food effects that meals in Luka Pumpkins don't utilise. I am hoping to have time to work on a patch soon, but I have been extremely busy & there is still no end in sight at this stage.

I have now added a sticky post that addresses this as you are not the only one who has asked, the short answer is probably, but it won't be for a few weeks.

But those don't come with bacon, cheese, and sour cream ya know?

I know I have a bacon texture somewhere if you want to add it in? I can't remember exactly where it is from, I think it is one of brgthegourmet's, I will double check when I can jump into my files & find it.

The bacon texture is actually from bfadragon's "Resource Extra Food" www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/28091 if you would like to add it into your own mod.
I will probably include mashed potatoes in this one at the same time as I increase the food availability for The RPGElite - maybe plain salted & buttery (for me), as well as your bacon, cheese & cream, & maybe garlic herb (so that there is one for each regeneration boost).

Thanks! The resources are originally the long dead Wolf's so hit me up if you'd like to collaborate!

I need to work on my from-scratch tea mod I plan on doing by a few months in for SE so hit me up!

I am planning a simple food overhaul for myself & I think that there is an aspect of it that people may be interested in - I will probably begin working on a version of that particular idea for upload when I have more time.
I can pm you links to some good food resources if you like, & I am ALWAYS interested in finding more - for many items I will have to "make do", mashed potatoes included! I have some really nice meshes that are unfortunately static, I have tried adapting them to havoc in Nifskope but it isn't my area & I'm not having any luck with it.
I don't understand why there were no non alcoholic drinks in vanilla Skyrim, your tea mod will no doubt be appreciated by many! My personal food mod will add quite a few hot teas & cold drinks - the cold ones will be included in the portion that I upload.

I've been super depressed and sad all day and then I found this and now I'm just giggling like a dumbass and tearing up over virtual pumpkins. A++ will endorse once installed.

I am considering adding mashed potatoes, & thinking that maybe I should rename this mod as "Comfort Food", how do you feel about macaroni cheese? ...

This is a pretty neat mod and I always thought pumpkins should have been in the game since it has gourds. Any way to increase the number of food items in a store's inventory as honey and garlic never show up in decent amounts to make food an alternative to potions.

Okay, I think what I will do is add garlic & honeycomb to the containers of random food loot. Since adding more items to potential loot will lower the chance of getting specific items I will also make two similar items (ie leek & garlic or red & green apples) appear instead of one. I will also make it so that general merchants are guaranteed to sell certain fresh foods & inns cooked meals.
When I get these files done the current ones will still be available in the Old File section for anyone who doesn't want the food increase. How does this sound?

I haven't tried it yet, but this looks nearly perfect! My one complaint just from looking at the pictures, is that the pumpkin looks a little too clean. Compared to the wrinkly tomatoes and half-green apples already in Skyrim, something about this pumpkin looks like it's been to the same salon that all those standalone followers go to that are on the homepage all the time.

Hmm, I think I have one other potential pumpkin texture, I'm not sure if it will look more like something that has just come from the garden but I will give it a test - I'm unhappy with the stew texture & intend to find something more suitable for that anyway.

There is now an option with a "rougher" looking pumpkin texture, see the last screenshot in the images section.

Both versions look nice. I'd put them all over the house if I could use the mod. xD
And I actually don't like the default tomato textures. They look old and wrinkly and not really appetizing... ^^"

Any chance of adding RND compatibility in the future?

I am completely unfamiliar with RND as I have always used iNeed - I have no idea how much work would be involved & I don't have much time at present. I never really intended for this to be something that I would continue to expand on, but simply as a mod request that I could easily fill to give me a break from the frustrations of a personal food overhaul that I am working on!

I have absolutely no issue with people uploading compatibility patches for this mod if they wish.

If I do find some time I will look into RND & see what is involved, if the adaptations will be minor I will include them in the mod itself when I get the chance.

I had a quick look at RND & unfortunately couldn't find an easily accessible guide for modders to provide compatibility. From what I could see it does not allow simple compatibility like iNeed & would involve changing all the food effects. The only way I am prepared to do this is in a patch, & I will need to take a good look at RND in the CK to ensure I know exactly what I need to do. Don't expect this from me anytime soon though as I don't have the time, or the inclination when I am perfectly happy using iNeed myself & have no personal use for an RND patch!
