Additions to bug fixes for version 1.2

These armor pieces have keyword that disallows player enchanting, but they are not pre-enchanted.
The keyword has been removed to allow enchanting by the player.
The keyword changes on headwear items have also been put into version 1.1 of 'Enderal - Circlet Enabled Headwear' mod.
