      Sorry for late response. You mean Beyond Reach addon, Falskaar addon, etc. listed in optional files? No, I didn't translate them. I'm busy in real life, so can't translate them now. You can translate them yourself and post here on Nexus, mentioning original mod and its creator (according to permissions).
