what is the correct install order of Dawn of Skyrim directors Cut and JK Lite and this patch right? should i replace or merge them using mod organizer? my issue is that merchants are double, cloned when i install them. it keeps happening. Can you help me?

The correct load order should be this:
      1. Blues skyrim.esp
      2. Jks LITE - Merged.esp
      3. JksLITE and DOS Directors - patch.esp

As for the doubling of NPC's have you tried the patch on a new save game? if that fixes the doubling then you may need to clean your save game for it to properly work.

I know you posted this three years ago, but I'll mention it in case someone else has this problem. The double merchants isn't an issue with this patch. The latest version of JKs Lite comes with an option to install a compatibility patch for Dawn of Skyrim. It adds DawnOfSkyrim-AllMajorCities.esp to the mod list and is meant as a replacer for BluesSkyrim.esp. If you have them both checked, then it doubles up on all the content, merchants included. Just uncheck BluesSkyrim.esp (you still have to install Dawn of Skyrim for the bsa files) and you'll be good to go!

I think that skyrim engine is dying. I have i7 8700K 1080Ti 16gb 3600mhz ddr4 and i have 17-20 fps sorry but not possible, Even if i turn off enb, 4k textures, additional NPC still have 20-25fps

Yeah, I have an RTX 2070 and I still drop from 60 to 45 and even 30, I know it's hard to optimize city mods but is this really the best it can get ?

Wasn't sure to put this in bugs or not, I didn't have a lot of time to explore the other 5 major cities with this mod, but there seems to still be clipping issues with some static objects. From what I was able to find, there's a static wagon with a coffin in it clipping into the fire place near Whiteruns Catacombs. For Solitude, leading up to the training area with the solitude guards, a wagon, hay on the ground, as well as the added oil is clipping into the archway leading into the training area. Not sure if OP is still around, but this is just a heads up for any future users who might come across this and maybe have a solution patch for this, since I'm not so well versed in TES5Edit or CreationKit myself.

Thanks for telling me about this on the JKs Lite page. Always nice to see someone else helping out with compatibility etc. Congrats on your first mod as well.

There are a few problems with your file which I hope you will fix before I can recommend it to users, but its mostly minor stuff that should be easy to solve. I'll list the details below, but if you ever need any help understanding any of this, or with further tutorials etc, please feel free to send me a message on steam/reddit/nexus and I'll happily show you some tricks for dealing with this sort of stuff

    The most importaint stuff:
It has 4 ITMs which don't need to be there and could potentially overwrite other mods, and 94 UDRs each one is a potential cause of CTDs. These can be easily cleaned by running a Tes5Edit filter on the file.
I also noticed a few additional items that you appear to have added yourself, but not sure if they are intentional or wild edits. You can find them in cells 00042249 , 00020EEA , 0001A276 . If you're not sure how to check that, use Tes5Edit and use those FormIDs I provided to go directly to the cells in question and check the objects. You can also do it via the CK by expanding the cell window so you can see the FormIDs column and check for objects with your mods prefix.

    A few other minor things:
The archery targets in Whiterun are now hidden behind the steps so you should move them forward or just remove them.
You left the archway from DoS on the solitude ramp along with the JKs Lite one, I'd recommend removing one of them, which one is up to you
I suggest moving the statue in the graveyard from DoS to the corner so its not clipping with the stairs, also looks more balanced aesthetically.
The barrels in Windhelm are blocking the stairs to the upper grey quarter JKs adds again, make sure you carry over my edits to their position.
Clipping with objects on display out the front of Riftens Black Briar Meadery.
Take a look at my changelog from my original DoS flie in the Jks Lite installer and make sure you cover anything else from there too.

For your first mod file you did pretty good though, I only found most of this stuff because I knew exactly what to look for from making my own files. Like I said, if you need any more help let me know, and I'll happy to beta test any future files if youd like.

It's also worth noting for users who may want to use JKs Lite and DoS Directors Cut together that on average I was getting worse performance with those two files + this patch then I was when using the original JKs Skyrim full version with the original DoS, sometimes greatly, so please check your performance before committing to using them both in a playthrough. For example, my average FPS in Riften was 18 or so, in Whiterun 28 etc. My rig isn't the best, but you can compare it against the FPS results on my JKs Lite page to get an idea of the overall percentage of performance hit compared to the original files

Thanks for the help, I ran my patch through LOOT before uploading and it said there weren't any issues however I will clean them in the next update. All objects added are intentional so for example the banner above the north gate in riften from DoS was clipping through the roof so I made it smaller and duplicated so there would be 2, and I have checked to make sure there weren't any wild edits. I will be sure to go through your change log and fix up any conflicts.

LOOT will not automatically detect ITMs or UDRs, those warnings have to be manually added to LOOTs masterlist before they can show up. To detect ITMs or UDRs you have to run a filter in Tes5Edit to be sure, especially with your own projects.
Alright well let me know if you get stuck on anything, and I'll check the next version when it comes out

@Secrectlybatman It's most likely that this mod is too much for system, this patch isn't intended to make both jk's and dos to run well on lower end systems, it's meant to just merge the two of them for people who like what both the additions each mod makes and thus is harder to run.

Definitely not a lower end system. Unless a 6700k and GTX 1070 is considered a lower end system lol

Found the culprit, it was The whiterun shack door. It seems it doesn't play nice with these mods.

Hey, could you make a patch for JK's Whiterun and Riften. I really love the new stores Dawn of Skyrim adds, but the other JK's Whiterun features, like the Skyforge, are something I don't want to get rid of. And for Riften I really love how Dawn of Skyrim handles the sewer/canal area. I know it's asking a lot, but I would be extremely grateful if you could do this, or atleast send me an article or something so I can figure out how to make a compatibility patch for myself. I know you can use the command Markfordelete and then reload the cell, but how do I save the changes and create a patch from it?

Is this mod compatible with Immersive Citizens - AI Overhaul (ICAIO)?
also can you provide more screenshots for comparison (with "Ks Cities - Lite and SuperLite" ) ?
    and thanks in advance

From ICAIO's description site both JK's lite and Dawn of Skyrim Directors cut both feature incompatibilities, so I would say that this patch would make it even more incompatible, thanks for coming by though. As for the images for the lite and superlite there are very minor differences that aren't really important however if I ever find time and need to update the mod I might try and get some comparison shots.

I was wondering why you decided to go with the lite version over the normal. I definitely would like to have the option of having the full version too though.

I decided to do the LITE version because it is what I've been using in my game because I like some of the additions but not the full overhaul, it is also easier to do a patch for the lite and superlite versions because there is much less stuff to edit. You can call me lazy but for my first mod/experience with creating mods I think doing a patch for lite was the best way for me to gain experience while doing something practical and not too overwhelming.

Thx for the patch! So... I have a little request. I want to edit JK normal or your patch (Cuz normal eat FPS as much as possible) to make dawn+jk polished (some props are overlayed each other). But I can't save the changes which I've done (if I move prop to right place, in a game it still in previous place+ new (which mine)). How to properly edit the things? (exp: http://imgur.com/O8giLan)

Blues skyrim is the .esp file name of the dawn of skyrim directors, the link to it is the blue highlight of "dawn of skyrim" on the description page.

This patch should be compatible with any mod that doesn't add anything over the areas I've edited to Whiterun, Riften, Solitude, Markarth and Windhelm if you are using the LITE versions of JKs Skyrim.
